Wilda was born on April 12, 1929 in Simms, Montana to William David Foust and Katherine Irene Smith. She passed away on October 12, 2022 at the age of 93. She will be layed to rest at Willamette National Cemetery with her husband Glenn Cropper who was buried in 2008.
