Sandra Lee Rivera (nee Williams), 59 years old of Canby, Oregon died on August 28, 2023. She is survived by her sons Scott and Jesse Williams of Canby, OR; brother Rob Hoagland of Arnold, MD; predeceased by her mother Mary Alice Williams.
